Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
- ½ cup milk
- 1 large cup flour
- 2 teaspoons spirulina powder
- 1 teaspoons baking powder

- Banana, sliced
- Chocolate syrup
- small amount of spirulina powder on top






Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the egg, melted butter, sugar, vanilla sugar, and milk. Mix well until combined.
- Add the flour and mix again until you have a smooth batter.
- Add the spirulina powder and baking powder, then mix until everything is well incorporated and the batter has an even green color.
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium-low heat. Lightly grease it if needed.
- Pour a small amount of batter into the pan to form each pancake.
- Cook until bubbles appear on the surface and the edges begin to set, then flip and cook the other side until lightly golden.
- Repeat with the remaining batter.
- Stack the pancakes and decorate with banana slices, fresh fruits, chocolate syrup, or your favorite toppings.
- Serve warm and enjoy your delicious spirulina breakfast!
